M14 stock AKM OR SAGE?

i have been looking to get sage ebr stock for past 3 month and
still now getting no luck with it. now i'm just wondering
if this AKM canadian made stock is just about the same or not

should i wait till sage arrives here in canada

or get akm??
 
The AKM and the Sage stocks come up in the Equipment Exchange here fairly regularly. Are you really having a problem finding one? I have seen Troys too. I am waiting for a new canadian made m14 aluminum stock that will have a few advanced features over Sage, Troy and AKM from m14 . ca Could be another couple of months though. If you have waited this long...
 
I liked the ergonomics and receiver bedding surfaces on the AKM best of all the munimula stocks I've seen ...
and I liked the MUCH LIGHTER shorty AKM Chop Mod I made even better.

But I still didn't like the AKM enough to keep it instead of my GI Fiberglass stock modified into a folder. Most of the alloy stocks are too heavy at the front for my tastes ...even my AKM chop mod, which weghed in at 5 Kgs with a scope and mag.

Hopefully the NEW "canadian made m14 aluminum stock that will have a few advanced features over Sage, Troy and AKM from m14 . ca" will be lighter at the front end than most of those other alloy M14 stocks.

Honesty in advertising forces me to admit that I am involved in designing this NEW M14 alloy stock .... and we want it to end up lighter and faster handling than any of the previous M14 alloy stocks now on the market.

its under construction now i think, im getting erroe message
do you know where i can get picture? of their product?
 
well to me both akm and sage are pretty similer but sage has the telescope
stock where akm takes ar telescope stock i like sage style way batter
not sure how strong they are..
will this new canadian made stock from m14.ca look like sage stock?

anyone here know ruff pricing for m14.ca stock?

I check the parts and bits section of the EE everyday and I have only seen a Sage stock once.
 
I can't wait to get a Sage stock also for my Nor M305, with new op rod and Gas Shirm, it should shoot One Hole at 500meter, hahaha...
 
Talked with a sage rep the other day. They said their stocks wont be available for another few months. Then you have to find a importer/dealer in Canada.
 
My Sage dealer was at the shot show. He told me....anything in .308...no export!...in .223 okay....same gun.lol

Anyways, a shipment of sage stock will be arrive from the states next month. ALL export sage stocks has to be FIX stocks (non collapsible), but can get it collapsible again here...price???...you will be looking at $1000+ each.new.Made in USA.(not junk) I WILL BE GETTING ONE FOR SURE.
