Apparently M14HDW.US has a new EBR trigger shoe is designed specifically for the M14 EBR with a pistol grip.
'This all steel, 2nd generation V2 EBR trigger shoe is made with the correct angle and radius (geometry) needed with a pistol grip.
It is designed specifically for use with the SAGE EBR chassis, but it should benefit other M14 stocks equipped with pistol grips.'
So for all you M14 pimps who thought they'd rooted out the last lego block, well here's one more
When I had mine I really didn't like the esthetics of the existing trigger shoe so I bent mine up to be rather like a HK. It worked well and gave me room to move in gloves. This is essentially the same thought process, although not as good in my mind. Better than the original when you toss on a pistl grip though.
