Is it normal to have some casings get severely stuck in the cylinder after firing? Never owned a revolver before this one. Never experienced problems like this when firing other revolvers. At the range, I had to resort to using a spent casing sitting in the wrong end of the cylinder and use my M1911A1 mag as a hammer to pop the stuck casing out by hitting the back of the reversed casing! Then some of the casings that were shot just fell out without even using the push rod that's attached to the revolver. Any info on this would be appreciated, thanks.

Or if your wondering where to get some 7.62 Nagant for yours, check canadaammo.com. Very good site for buying ammo.

P.S. Mine is a Tula 1944

It sounds like you have a burr or some other kind of obstruction in those stiicky chambers. You could polish them and probably get rid of the problem. I'd start by cleaning them with a wire brush and a strong solvent. Make sure you don't remove any metal -- just clean and polish.

Wow, didn't expect this many responses. Thanks for the help! I'll check the chambers and see about cleaning em out, probably start shooting S&W .32 long because 7.62 Nagant isn't particularly cheap, and take a look at frontier firearms. See what they got available. Thanks again! :)
