Hey all. Cosmo here...I was wondering if any of you shotgun gurus can give me the run down on the trench gun. What kinda availability are we talking here? Ellwood Epps tells me that they come in on a consistent basis but are gobbled up in a manner of hours. I'm interested in trades but would much like to grab one from the store.
Is it more of a collector shotgun rather than a practical shooter? Would it be useful for clays...trap and skeet? I like to shoot in the field and not on the range and I am on the hunt for a trencher but want to get the lowdown before I go and trade up my 870 tactical or do anything of the sort. I prefer older weapons...wood stocks, something with a history and personality, my 870 tac is excellent but (to me) it is too generic and one dimensional. I need something that has the
factor, especially with the bayonet.
Any info would be appreciated
