M1A bedding job

So I just bought a fajen NM stock that needs to be bedded and im having trouble finding info about how to do it right.

Also, is there any canuck smith that has experience in bedding M14 ? I might just get it done by a pro. I have never done bedding job myself.

That is some pretty piece of timber and I dont want to mess it up.
