Those are for the M1 Garand, They off set your head for the slightly to the left scope mounting...

That's the one. Why I put down M1A is beyond me, I knew what I wanted was the Garand model, as I put a scope on a Nagant and it's offset to the left a bit/

How did you mount your scope? Looks like you have a UTG rail with a one piece rail I thought the UTG rails used a stripperclip mount point i.e. two piece.

I've been using this cheek rest on my M14:

Even used this same rest on my Savage Mark II FV .22LR bolt action

Especially good for my gf who has a smaller face, having trouble getting good cheek welds.

I used the m14 . ca mount. that mount can live with the utg tri rail on the gun no problem.
