So what, we will just need to make parts here at home in Canada.

I got a CNC ;).

Is that just the numrich policy? Or state dept policy. Brownells will still ship without export docs if individual parts are all valued under $100. I just ordered some stuff this week...no problems.

Please do! I´ll pay for international shipping as long as someone make the parts! There are quite a few M14 owners around the world that would literally love you for it. :dancingbanana:

"...the new policy is..." Nothing new about it. Dates from April 1, 2008.
"...where the value of the parts exceeds $100 or that contain a restricted part...Canada has a $200 parts limit..." Nothing about M1A parts.
"...I got a CNC..." A CNC what? Mill? Lathe?
