No.

Springfield sent the receivers to Griffin & Howe for conversion before they were heat treated. Then they were sent back to Springfield for assembly as rifles.

So no, all M1C rifles are Springfield actions, and the serial blocks are fairly well known and available to members of the garand collectors association.
