M213 Question / Customer Service

Hi,

I used the contact form on the CanAm site to ask a few questions about the M213. After waiting about three or four days I decided to phone and leave a message, thinking that the email form may have failed. It's been some time and I have not heard back. Typically I would consider this poor service, but I really have no idea of the volume and staff situation this company deals with. Usually I'm very patient, but fire arms just get me so damn excited!

In the mean time, can anyone here answer these questions?

The M213 Tokarev copy. Chrome lined barrel? Warranty? Extra 9mm magazines available?

Cheers,

When did you send them an email, they have been closed for the easter long weekend so chances are nobody has been in the office to reply to your question. They don't have extra mags available and as for a warranty it is a 99$ pistol but I am sure if you had a problem with it CanAm would fix it or replace it for you. I don't think its a chromed lined barrel but I am sure someone smarter than me will tell us other wise.

If you send me a general email at info@CanadaAmmo.com you will get a reply within a few hours. If you do not it is due to an email problem, bouncing etc.

This does not apply to order inquiries as they are forwarded to Mark and can take some time to check.

yeah it's regarding an m213 order so i'll have to wait :(
Yes, it can take 15 minutes to pull the paperwork, call the CFO, etc just to tell the customer the status. Multiply that by 20-50 enquiries per day and you can do the math. We also have to pack, ship, process , etc. Often the gun gets shipped before we can reply. General questions I can answer in a few seconds.

I had tried the submission form on the website. I'll use this email next time. Regarding the pistol. What sort of gauruntee does CanAm have? The M213price is amazing, and I've read good reviews about this particular model; however, there have been some who claim they have shot many and a reare few can be total lemons.

I had some feeding isues with mine, after polishing the feed ramps it runs flawelesly. It's a $99 gun, you can't expect fantastic quality, even with a few short commings on some guns it's still worth it.

Like ### Panther cologne...

90% of the time it works everytime!

Hey CanAmmo,

I emailed a question directly from your website asking if I can buy the M213 in full right now (maybe buy two) and just hold it for me until I get my license. That may take 2-3 months. No response yet (that's almost a week ago). Will you hold? Thanks.

I bought my M213 two days ago online at CanadaAmmo. Since I have never purchased a firearm online before AND it was going to be my first restricted firearms purchase, I called the phone number on the top of their home page with a few questions. The phone hardly rang on my end when the fellow picked it up. He was very pleasant to deal with and answered my questions in detail. I live in Manitoba and regret not asking him what my ETA might be but I suppose I'll find out...From there I went back to the website, tossed the M213 into my "Shopping Cart", hit the cCheckout" and paid with my credit card. I received the electronic receipt via email within minutes. While I obviously haven't received it yet, I am one very happy customer thus far! I just hope I'm not waiting for two months for it to arrive.

Even if you have to wait a month or two, where else can you get a deal like that? It's worth the wait.:)
