M213 Question / Customer Service

yep very big help to me being new to the RPAL thing.going to be calling for one of these 213 for the wife to try.have her hooked on the rifles so fare.
 
Geez i must be missing the boat or something. After emailing 3 weeks ago to order one i still havn't got a reply. Called yesterday said he would get back to me buy the end of the day- he never did. I can say i'm being patient after waiting 3 weeks, and they say no news is good news. Sure hope that is true. I think 2 or 3 people have recieved there pistols after ordering them after me, from what i've read so far, sure hope there's 1 left when they decide to fill my order. :(

Please order from our website, we do not generally do any phone orders.

The CFO of your province won't approve the transfer until you are a member of a gun club. I don't think CaAm will ship you a gun thats not transferred to you.

I ordered mine on April 16th. It was at the local Post Office and waiting for my signature so that I could pick it up this very morning - April 28th!

On April 2 I spoke directly to Mark on the phone, cancelled one order and made another. He was very pleasent on the phone and made me feel that everthing was OK. Mark said it was unnecessary to place the order online after I had asked if I should. So well since then a month later and after another email and a phone call, the only help i get is from Chris in this forum, so I place my order online and will wait another month I suppose. This is my first online purchase and may be my last. I'm happy everything worked out well for you Dan. Mabee they feel some animosity towards those who cancelled previous orders. They have some great products i'd like to purchase in the future but i'll wait to see if this one comes through first.
 
Thanks 32-20. I'm postive as well, must have slipped through the cracks or something no biggie it happens i'm sure. They have a lot on there plate. Plus a company that lets you use your lost deposit on a cancelled purchase is A1 in my book.
