That entire package does look pretty slick and they've made the archangel so the stock fits the height of the iron sights..... nice feature.

Its too bad you cant co witness the sights in this configuration.

That Elcan is ideal for flip up irons with the 1 or 4 / 1 or 6 power magnification options.

Zoom scope cannot co witness but that Elcan does in 1 power mode.

I found it in M14forum after 10 months searching to get that stock. Springfield does not sell it separate, Archangel doesn't sell it either(they have contract with SA inc) , one of the members convert socom CQB to wood stock and I got it from him ,
right away ask to ship it to LRB and order to build a super M14 with it .
( I setup my plan to build this one long time ago)

I found out Elcan is not a good option for M14 blatform , the space in between lenz and eyes in M14 is much more that it has to be.
