Hi folk finally got them the way I want them after lots experimenting. They started as custom factory built LRB m25's, I had them built the way I wanted not an expense was spared. First I had one set up like this but found it too freaked heavy for what I wanted.

Now the 22" now sports an old school B&L 10x tactical same scope used on the actual m25 sniper

The 18.5" now has a leupy mk4 10x which was also on some m25's but not as common as the B&L

And the USGI synthetics I need to paint and bed someday

Is their a mounting solution for the LRB M25 where you can have a scope mounted but still use the iron sites? What about if you had removable rings and took off the scope?

Oh man, that's so beauty!

Now we gotta get them engravings/stampings painted up nice and WHITE! :D

Your shorty walnut stock needs a "fun switch" even if they are a dummy switch, that would look so dandy. Thanks for posting pictures and sharing with us! That's just full of awesomeness! :)

Cheers and keep helping the nooobs here!

I've been trying to work it that way as the shorty has QD rings, but the m25 rail seems a tad high, it could be done and the longer distances would be easier as your rear apendenture will raise. Short answer no lol

Lovely! Lots of care and $$$ has obviously gone into these rifles, must feel good to have these projects completed....until you decide to change them again that is! ;)

Bradley at Bradley Cheek Rests just sent me a non-invasive, quick detach kydex cheek rest for my Boyd`s wood stock to sample and try. It won`t mar that fine walnut stock in the slightest and installs in seconds (Disclaimer: M14.ca has no affiliation). Here are two photos: Photo 1 and Photo 2.

"...too freaked heavy..." That'd be caused by that enormous scope. Losing the see through rings will bring it down to where it might be useful too. Far too high like that.
