So, when do we get these in Canada? Apparently C-more now sells them to the public.

Been hoping for a couple of years these would be available for civilians eventually. Price is high but not as outrageous as I feared.

Where did you see the price? I didn't see it listed on their website.

Back then I saw somewhere it was for sale only to military/LE, don't remember the number, just that it was ridiculously expensive. 5-10K. Something like that.

Oh and as for current price it was mentioned in a youtube video. Try searching "TFB Shot Show 2017" maybe, young Canadian fella interviews company spokesman I believe.

I'd like a M26. I always liked the spring loaded stand off device. They are a super neat little firearm. This is what I was hoping Lockhart would copy when making theirs. If they ever did become available I'd have to build another AR to put it on though. One - M26 MASS M1 for this guy please!!!!!

That's actually a lot less than I expected. Still high, but i was expecting it to be like $2000 ish.

That's the AOW version which would be restricted up here. The SBS versions needs a $200 tax stamp down south so expect they'd cost a fair bit more up here (If they get cleared for export).

You might not be far off the mark if they show up.

The tax stamp is only for US citizens.

With a 3&1/2" BBL, I'm pretty sure the PDW version would be prohib, not restricted.

But those are some slick looking guns overall. I wonder if C-More kept things a bit on the down low while they filled government contracts, but once that was done, now they have manufacturing capacity looking for an outlet.

Right, after purchase so I guess that wouldn't get tacked on to a Canadian price would it?

Well as an AOW it's only $5 if transfered for a US citizen, but if exported out of the US the $5 tax doesn't apply, but you would pay the export fee and shipping to the exporter, and once in Canada you pay the shipping again , the GST and don't forget the exchange rate.

The exporter would have to pay for the tax stamp or would it be exempt from that as going out of country? My thought back when I brought it up was that one way or the other that tax stamp price increase would be passed on to us. Curious to know if that is not the case.

No the exporter doesn't pay the tax, the exporter is also a class 3 dealer and SOT dealer don't pay the tax, their SOT license is costly enough.

Anyway the tax is only 5$ for a AOW.
