it's only 19.5" long. It would be a restricted bolt action shotgun.

yes you are correct, if it was brought in standalone as is, then restricted on OAL

I thought I saw something about them being attached to to the AR makes them longer therefore still NR? I could be wrong but thought there was something about someone dropping the stock from a Grizz and doing the mount
