Hey Guys,
I have been looking for a Dewat M3 now for a couple years and I have not found anything either listed for sale or even guys bragging about having one (like if anyone would do that). Should I give up? Are there any to be had? Did you guys ever see one listed? Am I looking for a Unicorn?

If someone with one reads this, sell it to me!! :dancingbanana:

unicorn not many around up here I guess looks like some are still in use in the Philippines and Macedonia(I laughed a bit because I did not think this country was still a thing) the rest are most likely sitting around in warehouses around the globe or cut up and brought back to the US

A friend had a 12.2 full auto. I got to shoot it many years ago .
Very slow rate of fire

Shot one the last three times I've been to Vegas. Slower rate of fire seemed to make it easier to control than the Thompson. Range Officer told me that when the zombies come, this is what he is grabbing.

I bought one (fully functional) at an auction sale in Calgary a few years ago, and had it decommissioned, the only way I could find one, this is the only way that I could ever own a world war two firearms, keep an eye on the auction market, just have to send it to a gunsmith for decommissioning.

What would it take to make you sell??

shot one at knob creek this past year...they're a giggle fest..shoot so slow you could actually put the rounds down range faster out of a 1911. but easy to control and a handy package...pity about the looks. I think a sten MkI and a grease gun got together and Glock was their love child

Years ago, saw an intact one for sale @$135. Needed a new cocking handle. I was impressed at how portly it was.
Have a bolt for one kicking around somewhere.

Macedonia hasn't been a country since Alex the Great died in 323 BC. It's a Greek Province. Don't tell a Macedonian that though. You'll get hurt.
How did you take possession of a "fully functional" Prohibited firearm, assuming you don't have a prohibited licence issued before 1978? Just curious.

1. See link here http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Republic_of_Macedonia
2. Dude was looking for a dewat.

There was a DEWAT at the Calgary show.

Milarm has a DEWAT - they may sell it.

Marstar has Prohib models - they may be willing to DEWAT it for a cost - other option is to have a local shop purchase it for you from Marstar and then have it DEWAT'd locally prior to possession.

Old DEWATs are better (#### n' click) but some of these are pretty weak DEWATs and depending on who notices you have one - you may be charged for being in possession of an un-registered Prohib weapon.

New DEWATs are completely welded - depending on the welder this can be done nicely or poorly.

marstar does not have any m3 grease guns and #### and clicks are perfectly legal to own
