I'd try the air again or get a can of that compressed air for cleaning keyboards and electronics. If you really want to try something, see if yo can get "endo ice" which will freeze the ball, shrink it, and maybe it'll drop out.
 
Wheres a good bet on a location to find endo ice n price? Second attempt didnt work.. More drying n another 4500 fill n i should have the means to remedy this. Where can i buy a piston if not.. I dont imagine that being an easy find.

Id assume short strokes and the sort would be the result of using it like this?

It sure is compacted in there...
