M305 barrel taper

more properly, does anyone know if the springfield has the same profile as the norc?- now , before you take my head off, the norc follows the same profile as the ORIGINAL m-14- ie it's a clone- but it's not unheard of for the springfield m1a to be equipped with a heavy barrel, different twist, etc- if you look at their catalogue, you will see that there are different profiles available -so it's the springfield that introduces the variables, not the norc- so yes, the norc has the same profile as the m14; however the same as an m1a?- there's the rub- probably, if you stick to the cheapest model
 
Very minnor differances between even the norks too. The shorties have a different barrel spec than there longer 22 inch barrel cousin's.
