M305 Bore brush, wich one will fit?

i wouldn't use that cleaning kit if it's the one stowed in the butt of the rifle- you're far better off using something like a dewey one piece- and avoid the aluminum ones
if you can spend400 on the gun, you can spend 40 on the rod- all that being said, if i remember correctly, since i have a bunch of real m14s, i think i re-threaded the norc rod to 8-32 which is the standard commercial thread for brushes, jags, etc- i also think i had to remove a bit of the section to get it to work- any 30 cal bore brush will work once you've modded the rod- just do one section, and re-thread the jag that comes with so you can still use it- even real m14 rods had to have the end shortned unless you managed to get surplus bore brushes- where the problem lies is that the brass collar with the threads on it is too short to screw into the section properly

That's a great idea! I didn't know that there was a standard commercial thread. Didn't think either of altering the rod...
