Looks great!, Im sure a bedding wouldnt hurt, but at the same time those boyds stocks are usually pretty tight as is. I say take er for a rip, and if its accurate enough for you then leave it be if not, dive deeper into tuning it up.

Mine shoots very well after a stock swap to a USGI. You should look into the trigger tuning procedure if you are comfortable with it. The hardest part for me was finding lapping compound. I'd recommend getting 600 and 800 grit. I decided to be a little more frugal than usual and only bought 800 grit which took a little longer than needed... I also knocked the sharp edges down ( that weren't supposed to be sharp). I found this to be the best tuning point personally. It makes the rifle very enjoyable to shoot. After a tuning it wasn't much different feeling if at all than my friends Springfield. Maybe a little heavier and with next to no creep in the 2nd stage.

There's a ton of literature online and on that m14 website that outlines a lot of tuning points, if you were looking for the potential of a big project you've found it. It been an enjoyable build for me so far.
