I phoned the store and someone told me that you can order with credit cards, its just it will take a lot longer before it will ship due to the aforementioned issues.

REALLY DUMB QUESTION:

I just ordered this deal in traditional barrel version (22 inch)

Is this gun compatible with 308 win ammo? Or JUST 7.62x51 Nato? I read they are almost the same but not interchangeable!!

thank god....saw my shorty slipping through my hands there for a second. thats fine, even though i want it right now, I still need to order a bunch of stuff for it so by the time it gets here I should at least have the proper tools to work on it.

anyone know where to get the tool to work on the bolt? Incase that surplus decides to blow my bolt up. I hear it likes to do that
 
for $500 it is a deal. another $100 for 520 rounds of ammo.....who are you kidding! besides, im more stoked on making it as good as a springfield, at nearly half the price

In the Norinco M14's / M305, consider 308 and 7.62 interchangeable, so long as you are talking about 150 grain 308 ammo and not 180 grain.

Between my SKS and the M305 I'll have a tough time deciding what to bring to the range.
 
Ugh I can't make up my mind!!!! It's a little out of my comfortable budget for June f:P: Was planning on picking up an SVT40 in June, but I really wanted an M305 too...guys, need some help deciding on this one :runaway:
