M305 Flash hider thread

Can anyone tell me what thread is on the barrel to mount the flash hider?

Most after market FH are 1/2 x 28 right hand thread. If that's what your asking.

The thread on the barrel is an odd ball I believe it is .595"-32tpi

The thread on the norinco barrel for the castle nut is M15 X .75 and no, there is no place for you to pick up any tap or die for it unless you get one custom made.

I guess if you were to try to bash that into an imperial thread, it would be 9/16" X 32.

Yup that is it, and in Ontario your looking at 150$ to have a tap made to that size. Need not ask my wallet how I know.

TapCO USA sells them non custom made.
