I'm curious if someone can take a m305 appart and sell all the parts except the receiver? I know one dealer who use to have them parts kit for sale.

yes you can
just have to verify PAL for barrel and magazine sales. The rest is just unregulated parts

You should also be able to import a decent percentage of the parts as well, depending on what you're looking for

Should be able to import but we all know how that can go. The people at the border love to block items they "think" aren't allowed.
