M305 Rear sight

I bought a brand new M305 from one of the sponsors here and while going through the checklist to make sure everything was good I noticed this little issue...

I found a set of NM sights, so I'm going to replace the whole thing.

I'd send that pic to the place I bought it from. If it was like that and it's new, there's no reason you should have to pay for it.

For a small thing like that I really don't care and won't waste time. Its a Norinco not a Fulton Armory rifle.

If that's a SAI NM rear sight it won't work properly on your Norinco... the SAI NM rear requires a detent hole to house the spring and detent to keep the windage know from drifting under recoil.

That picture is not from a NM sight its what came on the rifle.

But I'm looking at NM sights to replace it.

I think what John is saying is that the SAI national match sights won't work on your Norinco so be careful which brand you buy.

I had a ball/detent nm sight on my norc before scoping it, no detents for the windage adjusments but it held just fine under recoil.

Hey, to actually post the image on the forums, or where ever.

1.click on the image you want in your account.
2. To the right side of the image will be a list of different types of links and beside each link in a blue box it says "Copy"
3. Click on the blue " Copy " Button beside the link called " Direct Link"
4. Paste that image link into bar when you click "Insert Image" here on CGN.

You will get something like this

You may have to edit the image in imgur to get to a more suitable size. Easily done by;
1.clicking on the image, at the bottom it will have the option to "edit image"
2. Then click the "Advanced" button, if the image is too large imgur will automatically scale it down for you.
3. Then just press save and you are good to go!
