M305 ring height with CASM mount

I will be getting my m305 back in about 2 weeks and would like to have the rings ready to go so I can shoot it. It will have the CASM mount and I will be mounting a Bushnell Elite 10x40mm scope. If anybody is running a 40mm scope and the CASM mount what height would I need to fit the scope as low as possible with scope caps?

I have the same scope mounted with Leupold medium height rings on the 9.125 CASM. There's about 3/4" between the front lens and the rifle so no issue with caps.
 
Use low rings. The CASM mount is fairly tall, so you should not have any clearance problems. Taller rings may give you problems with cheek weld, depending on what stock you are using.
