I have a Norinco M305 with 18.5'' (a.k.a. shorty) barrel. It has a factory brake installed on it, but I want to change it out (this one loosens up after a number of rounds fired). I'm not sure if anyone on here has this rifle with this same brake on it, all I am finding on the internet are pictures of the M305 "shorty" with the original 22" barrel flash hider installed. I'm not sure what the thread is on the barrel, but am looking around to see what is available. Does anyone here have any experience with after market muzzle brakes for the Norinco M305's? I am looking at a Matador Arms Hammerhead brake in particular, but am open to anything that looks good and works.
