So..... watched the videos, tried my luck, it sure looks easy to put together in the videos. But im real confused now, I took everything apart gave it a good cleaning and put the trigger assembly back together. As I was trying to get the last pin in the safety spring came loose, so I finished assembly and everything work better then before, the trigger reset no problem and the hammer require next to no pressure when it hit what I assume to be the sear. Took everything apart again put the safety spring back then re assembled. Now I'm back to no reset if I hold the trigger back when cycling and I need allot of pressure to get the hammer to engage. I'm thinking this jam at the end of the hammers travel is what is causing the deformation.
