May its a stupid question but how to know the year of manufacture of a Norc M305 ?

Take the numbers from under the stock line, left side of receiver.

I second this, he is compiling a list of manufactures/dealers and dates for poly/norc rifles, my rifle was put together and shipped in 2012, but the receiver was made in 1994.

LoL, the only thing I can say about it is the finish on my M305 looks darker than most I have seen ( more black than grey/parkerize )
