(first things first this will not work reliably if you want a gun that goes bang every time this is not for you as my "fine" for my projects means it works sometimes and I could tweak it to work if I wanted.)

so I got my 305a from a dealer today and the first thing I did was see if it would function in a aftermarket stock...
haven't tried the sage yet but the blackfeather seems to work fine but you need to replace the trigger group as the one that comes with the rifle has a small tab to stop the ak mags from seating too high and will not allow m14 mag to seat.

the ak mags wont work as the liner is gone so you need to use m14 mags and only use the 5s as the 10rd has too much spring tension and will force the rounds out. They also allow the bolt to hold open on the last round but its more like the Yugo ak mags

also that fixed ejector is getting old real quick as the bolt is almost impossible to get out because of it. The bolt has the port for the plunger ejector so I'm going to see if it will fit.

EDIT... and its staying while you can put a plunger in there it not drilled for the spring. that spring is dangerous!!!!!

also the gas system is hella loose.

EDIT sage crush washer tightened it up

going out later today to see if it will fire reliably or at least better then my home made x39 m305.

EDIT some hiccups here and there it works. don't know how long that fixed extractor is going to last tho
