m305s safety switch issue

That thread does look helpful indeed. Thanks. If I could.only just pinpoint where its gone wonky at I'm sure I could fix it myself but that's not the point. I bought a brand new rifle, for brand new rifle money, I should receive, a brand new functional rifle! Lol
 
Update: I just got off the phone with them and told them my issue and if I could exchange it for a different rifle. I made it clear I wasn't looking for a refund, or even upset. And that I knew norcs have their issues but a trigger safety not working is kind of a biggie. He agreed and said to bring it in. And typically instead of an exchange they would send a faulty gun back to the manufacturer for repair. I'm assuming that would only happen if there is a Canadian middleman - I doubt it'd be sent back to China lol.
 
So you're gonna get the same rifle back? Have them make sure it's indexed properly while they're at it

Hard to say. I will mention it to the store and see if they can make that happen. The one I had was only verrrrrrrrry slightly under indexed. Not a massive fix for me
 
I mentioned the barrel indexing to the store and they added it to the I voice before they sent the rifle off. So it should be right as rain when I get.it back
