M38 Mosins... Here they come!

All I care about is getting confirmation of my order going through "still waiting", I want one of these babies. The m38 is ###y as hell.

If I was a gun looking to mate, I'd rape it.

Ah, well, I didn't either. I'm not too worried about getting it before Christmas, I was just curious. Good to know I'm not in the same boat!
 
If you order over the phone, would tracking information be provided to you in a few days if you call? This is my first dealings with TradeEx, and I'm already very impressed with them.
 
Does any other dealer besides Trade Ex have these in stock? Looked on Trade Ex's website and they are out of stock. Also, I can't find the 5 rifle deal anywhere?

I believe Frontier and SFRC both have them for $299.95 at the moment.

SFRC also has an M38 and 400 rounds of 7.62x54R combo for $389.95.

Frontier is currently taking pre-orders for their second shipment.
 
Are any of these counter bored? Anthony said he hasn't seen any.I hope the bores are clean and sharp.Harold
 
I think these are some awesome prices, and for those that don't have one already, should take the opportunity to grab one while they can. As tempting as it may be, I'm not sure that I need another shooter. I picked up one from Westrifle a short time ago to fill the hole in my collection. Although I paid more than the newly current prices, It was a non-refurb in immaculate condition, and I was fortunate to find one in such museum quality condition. I still may be tempted but I try to pick up the ones I don't currently own.

I would like to see some of the local ammo prices drop down a bit more, as the x54 caliber becomes more popular day by day. Its always a good thing to see prices drop, but some of that shipping kills the prospect of bulk buying. My advice to anyone who doesn't have an M38, grab one while you can as this door may close quick.
 
Great advice, fiddler. And I was looking at the current 5-rifle deal from TradeEx, which includes a M38; for someone looking at starting a Russian rifle collection, that's a deal which shouldn't be missed, IMHO.
