M4 Upper - where to buy?

Hi, i am looking for the complete upper of an m4 or m16. I need an upper to shoot 223 with 14.5 or more in barrel length. Norinco upper is okay with me just in cAse. Thanks

I recently bought a Stag upper from Arms East. Though I've also heard nothing but good things about Daniel Defense and BCM.
