M42 Winchester Collection Coming Up For Sale

Larry Sidener has, undoubtedly, the most complete collection of high grade Winchester Model 42's anywhere. . He has an authentic store front recreation in his basement of the way a Gun Shop of the 1940's and 1950's would be like.

From what I understand, he amassed a large number of those guns when he bought out someone else's collection. He then continued to add to it.

Even a two gun set from the Late President Dwight Eisenhower are in there.

WOW!!! What a collection.
I hate to see the collection being broken up---maybe the museum in Cody Wyoming could somehow house the collection. Or the NRA gun museum.
I recall seeing some very collectible M42's at auction a few years back---maybe it was James Julia auction.
I saw two M42's at the Calgary spring gun show. Also saw a M12 in 28 gauge.
