With regards to your kind words, even if you use nasty e mails, it takes time, you may recall your first e mail did NOT have a name, that makes a trace somewhat difficult....
when you sent your e mail at the end of the week I gave it over to the people handling the pre orders, we are closed week ends....as I said your order will be filled in the sequence received....

I still haven't received a call regarding my preorder, and now the rifles are up for general sale? Looks like I'll be buying from somewhere else.

If you read the discussion thread, shipping and charging to your credit card only happen AFTER the registration has been approved by your CFO. That means that Bantario residents will be waiting for quite a while. It is not John's fault that they take their sweet time.
If you lived in God's country, it is processed in one day like the orders from Sask, Alberta, and BC.
Be patient or contact your CFO to see if your registration is pending.

May I respectfully suggest you read what we posted regarding the pre-orders ? At NO TIME did we say we would call you.
We did state that one of the benefits of the pre order was that we did not need to call, contact or otherwise discuss the matter with, we would simply process, register and ship you rfile....
However obvosly this does not satisfy you, would you please provide us with your real name so we can cancel the orde as per your wishes....

John.... think it's admirable that you don't charge until all the paperwork's approved.
In all fairness, it has been a long haul until the C4s arrived. But that's not necessarily Marstar's fault... and currently the CFO's seem to be contributing to further delays.
...So for the rest of us, that means we can order M4s... and take our chances with the CFO's.

Wouldn't be many people left on the internet.....
We've ordered many things from Marstar. Their service is usually superior to everyone save my local dealer. It is a shame that some asshats ruin a good thing for the rest of us.
