I had one in 308, if it was any other cal I woulda kept it. That being said I do regret selling it, it was a tack driver with 155gr Amax's and Benchmark powder.

Very nice rifle! I had a first generation M70 coyote with the brown laminate stock and stainless barrel in 243 Winchester. CRPF gimmick action but man was it smooth! I couldn't get it to shoot very well and practically gave it away. It's the only gun sale I ever regretted. I would have liked to build a 260 Remington off that action. It was buttery smooth. Live the Winnie safety. I hope yours shoots! They sure are Purdy! I think I saw one in 7mm WSM a while ago. That was hard to pass up on.
