m700 bolt stop spring assembly

Push the pin through the bolt stop into the spring below the hole in the receiver and then move the pin and everything into alignment with the hole and lightly tap the pin in place... this goes a whole lot easier with slave pins in the trigger group and is easier to do than it is to describe it...

this was a pain ,but the spring gets weaker with assembly .I just put in a Timney and the safety seems rough and the bolt stop spring seems weaker.

Bend the spring stronger before assembly.. where and how the bolt stop release lever contacts the bolt stop is important as well..

Rough safety - figure out what is making it "rough" or hard and fix it...
