M80 Ball Bullets

I was wondering if anyone knows where you can get 7.62 M80 bullets? I just want the bullets for reloading and was wondering if there were any internet vendors that sell these by the thousands that either ship to canada or are in canada. Thanks in advance.

"...ship to Canada ..." Reloading components from the U.S., require the export permit. U.S. retailers can sell every bullet they have without exporting. Few of 'em will bother exporting bullets.
Can't say as I've ever seen milsurp bullets in 30 plus years. Hornady makes a 150 grain FMJBT though. Talk to your local gun shop.

I understood that there was a recent exception to the export permit req for bullets (as opposed to loaded ammo) up to a certain number. Anyone have solid info?

I have never heard any such thing. I suppose anything is possible, but I would strongly doubt it to be true.
