Roll pins should be squeezed at one end then have oil applied before installing (this is AR building 101). Secondly loosen the trigger box set screw and the safety may free up. (What brand safety)

Yep, do this on every AR i build. The safety is tight in the receiver itself, but with some use it has loosened up some and will continue to do so.

Using roll pins is stupid IMHO. I know it's in the design of the AR but it's "the cheap way" to do things. Spiral pins are stronger than roll pins and are MUCH easier to insert into a hole, they hold just as well. You are less likely to break something when trying to get it in or out, too.
 
I dont know but im getting pissed off, its been almost a year since I preordered this crap, like I bought and built a stag 10 in the time since, frustrating as all.
