Maccabee Defense SLR information and updates

Got one on pre order with Calgary.

After doing what I've done for the 14yrs I have no issues waiting. It happens and I'd rather have a quality product or an updated product rather than them rushing to satisfy those who can't wait.

I was hoping to have it over the summer to shoot with but even if it comes after hunting season, I have other guns I can hunt with.

Well I can tell you haveing assembled one and shot it I cN tell you you won't be disappointed at the quality.
The wait a is for sure a pain in the ass. But it is what it is.
For those thst won't pre order products. You arw unlink to see one on the shelf in the next 18 months or ever. .

Well the flip side of the coin is unlike your company these guys will probably actually send out what you ordered...

Hey ####
I mean deuce . Don't S*hut on someones thread.
If u have a Problem get hold of us.
Or go sit in he kiddie corner.

Oh I tried... you refused to reply. You’re also in the habit of locking and deleting threads in your forum.

Nevertheless I stand by my statements.

Ps. Name calling is definitely a good way to deal with customers.

Slr over x95 for varmints anyday! Unless slr accuracy somehow was worse than the x95 which I highly doubt could happen

Cheers... but accuracy isn't that terrible with the x95... and by the time the SLR build is 'complete' (if that's ever a thing lol), the price will be very similar to a stock x95.

Another attenuating factor is that I already have the x95, versus the 900$+ i still have to give for the SLR...

Just got an email update... late July '18. Posn # 112 now.

Still unsure if I should keep my x95 or the SLR for non-restricted 556 varmint rifle.

SLR accuracy will be entirely dependent on what barrel you choose to install.
If you're getting acceptable accuracy from the X-95 then keep it, both will do the job you're asking of them.
SLR will most likely be better accuracy but will it be better enough to justify the extra cost? Only you can decide that.
