For those who were interested. We got some of them torque tools for installing barrels in the SLR.

These will be perfect for installing barrels in the Maccabee Defense SLR where your typical clamshell-style vice block won't work.

You simply clamp the flattened end into any old bench vise, then stick the other end up the wazoo of your upper receiver into the barrel extension. Then get your barrel nut and/or muzzle device and start screwing.

Made from hardened steel. Well actually it was made from steel first and then hardened. Bonus feature -- if dropped, it becomes a toe detector.

If you want to soften the blow to your bank account you can send partial payment EMTs. Some people have done that, they send a couple hundred here and there and slowly pay it off in advance



I'll put it on our shopping list. at this time it's low priority unless other people chime in with their desires. ..

BC residents are charged GST 5%

I don't know the exact alloy but it is certainly strong and hard enough for the job. They are made for us by a local fabricator.

They're all sold out, we've ordered more to arrive in a few weeks. This batch will be made thinner so that it fits in tight uppers like NEA

occasionally somebody cancels, and just like a real lineup you move forward when people ahead of you drop out :D

I didn't pre-order but did pre-order a 224 valkyrie barrel from you guys.
What are the chances that of getting an SLR receiver set at the same time or earlier?

Also, when will round 2 of the pre-orders start?

sorry I don't know the timing of future availability.

If you send us an email I can put you on the list to be notified when a receiver becomes available for you.
 
Thanks for the update TNA it's appreciated.

I'm out ! Just to easy for company like Maccabee to push out release date when you have a bunch of preorder.
I will not encourage this kind of practice.

Strange, the email I got said that I'm #37 (Down from #40 initially), but my ETA was late May.
 
Hopefully they hire a few extra people to help get these out to customers before you guys are required to keep all of our info.
Here's hoping I get mine by June 30
