Read the law yourself. Act accordingly. If you get it wrong, and get caught, and go to trial, a judge will tell you what the law is. Anything less than a judges ruling is just speculation, some of it wild.

cbsa will not let anyone import items that are prohibited in the frt, considering how little is actually produced in canada it makes those items unattainable.

Legal or not, the rcmp lab is doing this to shut down commerce of these goods
