Machine shop for ppc

I need a machine shop that won't turn me down for a ppc barrel weight on a 686 Any idea????

If I hadn't gotten laid off the week before christmas, I'd make it for you I'm going to do my block release in a couple weeks at the same school i did my initial courses at, so I might be able to sweet talk the machine shop instructor into letting me use a lathe for a lunch break or two
