Well I finally made the plunge, joined the local indoor range and I was sick and tired of my old back pack and rusty ammo crates, I couldn't organize anything, would always forget things, could never fit everything into one bag. I went with a 5.11 tactical range bag.

Love it tons of room, fits everything I need, looks clean. Overall very happy with it.

I bought the 5.11 Range Ready from Tetragon over a year ago. It goes to the club every Saturday and hauls all my gear incuding 4 handguns, mags, ammo, tools, timer, eyes and ears, etc etc etc. Showing no signs of wear.
A+

i went with a solid plastic tool bin on wheels, for $60 when it was on sale at Crappy Tire. stores all my stuff including targets and holsters and whatnot. only "extras" i may carry separately are cardboard backets for the targets, and excess ammo (if the 500+ rounds that's in the box isn't enough for the day)

but i drive a truck, so transporting it isn't at all difficult, and the lid makes a great temporary table surface on which to put the mags & ammo and whatnot.

I got mine from tetragon ~150$. Very nice and very happy so far. Even thinking of getting another one if I ever have kids for the baby stuff (lol).

I found it cheaper though at apocalypseknives (like 80-100$) .

I just toke a plunge as well and got the CED pro range bag from the ipsc store. Awsome price/size and it has the ipsc logo embroided on the bag :)

I think that's a good way to go...I know a few guys who have gone that route and it seems to work well for them. There are times when I am hauling my bag and thinking...this would be a lot easier with wheels.

Ive had mine for a few years now and the only problem is that when I go to the range with a few guys... seems like 4 bags side by side unless opened always seem the same (they are the same bag just a different "tag"/gear)

Either way... Since Ive had it I'd never go back to the backpack...
