MAG 6 & nobel 69 powders

I have had these powders forever.I have used them in my 9mm and 44mag,but I have never loaded shotgun ammo.Can some one out there tell me what the burn rate for the powder is again...This time I want to load what the powder is designed for!! OR at least some load data to ponder over!!

I have about 20 lbs each

Burn rate is close to Alliant 2400. It's uncoated and bulky.

I thought it was a great cast Bullet powder, and had great plans for it, then they ran out. I still have about 1 1/2 lbs of it.
