mag extension on 15" grizzly

Hi, i'm going to put a 15" grizzly barrel on a 12.5" grizzly receiver, my question is: can i add a plus 2 extension or just a plus one extension? Basically, i know that the plus 2 will stick out below the barrel but will it interfere with shooting?

Cedric,
Even on a open ( a.k.a. cylinder ) choked barrel the spread is so minimal when it first leaves the barrel. The +2 shouldn't stick out enough to get in the way. I'd try it out.

Hopefully someone will chime in with actual fact though and a picture, rather than my speculation

my scattertech +1 is 1'' shorter than the 15'' barrel.

If you don't want the barrel or extension sticking out past the other, use a +2 extension and a screw in chocke that sticks out of the barrel, some are longer than others so you can find one that fits flush with the extension.

A standard remington choke will stick out about 1/2"

Our +2 mag tubes we make will stick out past the end of the 15" griz BBL.
it fits flush with the 18" rem 870.
