Magazine barely fits 10 rounds!

The grey factory mags in question from the OP are 10/15 round Sig factory mags, so I don't think the "before pinned" capacity means anything. A 17 round mag might still be stiff.

There is a level of correct spring tension that is optimum, obviously the ones in question are too stiff. Mine have eased up a little bit.

Op. Cycle your mags with a stir stick from a paint store, a few hundred times. It will lighten the spring and make loading that last round a little easier.

Don't let anyone walk up behind you while you're siting on the couch doing the above. They may get the wrong idea.....

Just go shoot, shoot, shoot. It'll loosen up. Better yet, buy some MecGar mags and get rid of them, like I did.
