Welp, I take boiling water from my kettle and pour it over my parts while in the sink in a chinois .
Of course the parts have been well scrubbed with my favourite parts cleaner...a stiff dose of simple green and scrubbed with a stiff tooth brush I stole from the ole lady

Pour the water right outta the kettle and rinse them off and let dry in a rack.
The heat will evaporate the moisture and with a wipe of a paper towel any remiang moisture is gone.
Spray down with G-96 and re-assemble.
