Would anyone know where I could get a replacement magazine for my 6.5x55? Steyr US have them, but will not ship outside of the US.

Might be worthwhile asking the nice guys at Steyr US if the 6.5x55 mag is contoured uniquely for the cartridge or would a 270 or 30/06 magazine be workable? ... you may have more luck finding one of the latter. I havent seen a lot of 6.5 Steyr 'M's around actually. I could be worse ... could be a Tikka M55 large capacity mag (or any Tikka M55/M65 mag for that matter) ... at least someone has the Steyr mags.

I think I found a source. A company in the UK 
I ordered two replacements for the 9.3 through profit river, model M steyr, I think they were around $80 a piece.
Edit: they are direct with steyr, were $86.67 a piece, and $182 with shipping for two of them to the door...
Don't be loosing them, took just a pinch over a month for delivery once ordered.

Call Vault Distribution (604) 522-1999 http://www.vaultdistribution.com and ask for Bernard. I got my Model M 8x57mm mag but took 8 months so be patient. You will get it but it will be expensive as it's Steyr original magazine. They are in B.C. Good luck!
