Magazine ID help needed ~Winchester~

Drill a hole on the t'uther side of the nub and then insert the proper sized
nub maker and gift it a twaaaack wid a martoe.
Area awff hole, size oh punch, effert and timing is needed.
Oh, and a backstawp izz needed behind the nubby area.

Took me a year to learn to decipher Lookyese but that makes perfect sense.
Thanks

Winchester 490 !

For the win!

I have a 69,69a and a 490...these are 490 mags. They look like the 69's but are missing the locking tab on the side of the mag.
If they have a small raised nub on the spine of the mag they are 490's.
Aftermarket mags are common at gun shows for the 490 but they have a habit of splitting apart with use causing the shells to fly out all over the ground.I have 4 of them that have split apart. Managed to find a NIB Winchester one at a show near Mayerthorpe last fall and have my 490 back up and running again.
