Hi can anyone tell me what kind of magazine this it? It was labelled m14 but it doesn't come close fitting. The magazine with a round in it is for m14

Nope. The metric FAL mag would have a small cut in the front of the mag and then above it the metal would be pulled out in a sort of protruding "dimple".

Not an FN mag.
FN mags rear spine is offset to right side.

No i found out from another forum it's a FAMAE SG 542 magazine
