Magazine Issues

Hey there everyone, I am new to these forums and looking for a little assistance. I just purchased my first M14 this past weekend. The first thing I did was take it home, break it down and clean the crap out of it. I went to the range yesterday to start trying to zero my scope but ran into a problem. My clip pops out of the groove like an 1/8" after every shot so the bolt just skips over the next round in the magazine not loading it into the chamber. I know I reassembled it right but this bugs me. Does anyone have any ideas? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Make sure the op rod guide is not in upside down

Thats what I thought too but it looks like I have it in properly. I am pretty sure it can only go in the one way as the sliding lock on it does not engage if it is upside down I think.
